DeDust is a decentralized exchange built on TON, utilizing the innovative DeDust Protocol 2.0. It focuses on user experience, gas efficiency, and scalability, while also developing cross-chain bridge products that allow users to seamlessly connect between the TON and ETH chains.
Despite being relatively new, DeDust has experienced rapid growth and increasing user coverage. As of June 22, DeDust's Total Value Locked (TVL) exceeds $300 million, making it the top application on the TON chain, outpacing the second-place STON by $60 million.
DeDust innovates DeFi on the TON blockchain through several unique features:
Asset Concept: Goes beyond traditional single asset types by using an abstraction layer that allows seamless integration and exchange of various asset types, including native coins and tokens from other chains.
Vault System: A set of contracts managing different asset types, simplifying trading and enabling efficient multi-hop exchanges.
Pool Types: Offers AMM liquidity pools and stablecoin pools to cater to different asset volatility and trading strategies.
Factory Contracts: Responsible for creating pools and vaults, centralizing contract management.
Liquidity Deposit Contracts: Temporarily manage liquidity deposits to improve trading efficiency.
First, open the DeDust website: DeDust, click "Wallets" in the top right corner, and then click "Connect Wallet" as prompted.
A list of wallets will appear for you to choose from. If you have installed Tonkeeper, choose that one (Tonkeeper installation tutorial). If you have installed OpenMask, choose OpenMask. Generally, we recommend using Tonkeeper.
Select the Tonkeeper browser extension version. The wallet extension will pop up, click "Connect Wallet."
Once connected, your wallet address will appear in the top right corner as shown below.
Click "Pools" on the page, or directly open the page: DeDust Pools, and click "Create Pool."
On the opened page, enter the amount of TON you want to add to the pool, along with the token address and amount.
Enter the contract address and search for the token, then input it.
Next, click "Connect xxx" to approve the token.
If the wallet confirmation keeps spinning for more than a minute, it might be a network issue. Check your wallet; if the fee has been confirmed, the process should be complete. Refresh the page to proceed.
Once all parameters are correctly filled, click "Create Pair." After wallet confirmation, the creation is successful.
Can I see the token logo on DeDust?
Yes, as long as the logo exists on the blockchain and the wallet can see it, DeDust will display the logo.
Does creating liquidity on DeDust incur fees?
Creating a pool on DeDust requires a fee of 0.1 TON for authorization and approximately 0.5 TON for creating the pair, totaling around 0.6 TON.
